Stian G. Raniszewski graduated with a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from NTNU, Trondheim, in 2022.

His master’s thesis focused on numerical analysis and mechanical testing of car batteries, with a primary emphasis on developing a material model for industrial use.

Stian worked as a structural engineer at Multiconsult from 2022 to 2024, contributing to all project phases in building, industrial, and transportation sectors. During this time, he gained experience in the design of primarily concrete and steel structures, as well as in modeling and delivering drawingless projects.

At Concrete Structures, Stian worked on implosion analysis of the Heidrun TLP related to damage to the shafts. A nonlinear analysis of the structure was performed using Abaqus to assess the criticality concerning damage and deviations in geometry.
