Shroff has a Bachelor degree (2001-05) in Civil Engineering a Master Degree (2005-07) in Structural Engineering from Manipal University, India.
During the Bachelor Program he was honoured with Dr.T.M.A Pai Gold Medal for academic excellence. During the Master degree he worked as an International Exchange student in Consolis, Finland. His previous employment was with Spenncon AS, Norway from 2007-2011.

Shroff has wide experience and knowledge from design and construction of precast and post-tensioned concrete structures, both offshore and onshore. Amongst others, he was the group lead for Hebron Project in Canada for Kiewit Kvaerner Contractors and Artic LNG Project, Russia for Saren JV. Besides this he has also worked extensively with Concrete Design, BIM modelling, multidiscipline interface, constructability and has practical site experience too. He has experience from all project phases, FEED to Detail Design and further follow-on to installation/delivery.

Presently he is responsible for PT works, re-design and close out reports for Hywind Tampen Wind Project. His personal interests are to simplify work processes through programming and use of digitalization tools.
